Megan Boswell, the Mother Accused of Murdering Her 15 Month-Old Daughter, Appears in Court

Megan Boswell, accused in the death of her toddler Evelyn Mae Boswell, appears court.

According to our TV News Partner, WVLT, the Sullivan County District Attorney General’s Office say they will seek a sentence of life imprisonment without parole should Boswell be found guilty in Evelyn’s death.

Boswell is charged with two counts of felony murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated child neglect and a host of other charges after her 15-month-old was found buried beneath a shed on a family member’s property in March 2020.

During the court hearing, the DA announced Boswell has pleaded not guilty to all 19 of the charges.

A status hearing was set for May 14.
