Some Knox County Schools are Learning Online Only

Knox County Schools are working hard to protect its approximately 60,000 students and 8,000 employees from COVID-19, but say it’s important to recognize that there will likely be positive cases at many of their schools during the semester.  As of Tuesday, December 1st, there are 111 Active Student Cases, 53 Active Staff Cases for a total of 164 cases in the Knox County Schools System.

The following schools are providing Online Learning Only:
Bearden Middle, Mooreland Heights Elementary and West Hills Elementary. In-school instruction will restart on December 7th

Halls Elementary and Powell Middle are also Online only with in-school instruction restarting on December 14.
