Crews are searching for a man who went missing after his boat overturned below the Fort Loudoun Dam. The incident happened around 10:00 a.m. Saturday.
Two fisherman were aboard when their boat was pulled into the spillway. Bystanders were able to pull one man from the water. He was rushed to UT Medical Center. There’s no word on his condition.
The second man is still missing. Matt Cameron with the TWRA says teams have searched about 12 miles of the river, but have been unable to locate him.
