Oak Ridge Bank Robbery Suspect

Oak Ridge Police are searching for a suspect who robbed a bank Friday morning. Police received the alarm from the One Bank on Oak Ridge Turnpike around 8:35 a.m.

Investigators say the suspect is a man in his mid-20s. He gave a note to the teller demanding money.

No weapon was displayed and he fled with an undetermined amount of cash. The suspect was wearing a black knit watch cap, dark hoodie, blue jeans and a red face mask.

ORPD and the FBI are currently on scene conducting their investigation. Anyone with information that may help investigators is asked to call ORPD at (865) 425-4399. Crime tips can also be submitted online HERE. Information can be given anonymously.
