Knoxville Police Department is asking for your help in providing information on Charles Brandon Smith. In a social media post Thursday afterternoon, KPD said:

“KPD investigators are working to locate Charles Brandon Smith, age 33. Smith has warrants on file for theft, evading arrest and driving on a suspended license. Smith was last seen driving a blue Nissan Pathfinder with a stolen Tennessee tag and damaged rear passenger side window.”
