Knox County announced their furlough plan Thursday morning. Here is the furlough by the numbers:

Start: May 9th

Length: 8 Weeks

Total employees furloughed: 366

Estimated money the county will save: $1.73 million

Thanks to all those who nominated their favorite Non-profits as yet again it was an extremely tough decision with many great candidates! Painting of the Childhelp Knoxville location will take place on July 19th by McLain’s Painting.
