Tennessee Governor Bill Lee Urging Schools to Remain Closed for a Full Month

Tennessee Governor Bill Lee says he originally asked that schools close until the end of this month but he now wants all Tennessee Schools to remain closed through April 24th.  The Governor says this request is in response to the recent assessments and CDC guidelines.

Lee says he wants children to continue learning through the extension of this deadline.  He says many schools have been preparing to teach on-line and he hopes students will continue to learn every day.
