KPD says the incident occurred on March 14 after midnight on Hill Avenue. The suspect vehicle, which should have visible front-end damage, appears to be a blue or dark colored four-door sedan.

The driver of the golf cart, a 51-year-old female, was transported to the UT Hospital with severe injuries that are not life-threatening.
