A Knoxville man, listed as being a sex offender, has been arrested and is being charged with aggravated kidnapping and sexual battery.
William Michael Clark allegedly offered his victim alcohol and convinced the victim to put on boxers before sexually assaulting him. When the victim tried to escape, Clark held a knife at him and threatened him.
Eventually Clark let the victim go and now Clark has been arrested.
