Men Plead Guilty to Raping Homeless Men in the Smokies

Richard Graham – Dusty Oliver

Two men are accused of targeting homeless men in Knoxville, taking them to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and raping them.

Richard Graham and Dusty Oliver pleaded guilty to Aggravated Sexual Assault from cases in 2012 and 2015. Two separate victims say they were walking along Chapman Highway when the men pulled up offering a ride. The suspects took them to the Smokies where they assaulted them.

A judge has yet to accept their plea agreement. The charge carries up to 30 years in prison.
