Pat Summit was 22 when she became the head coach of the Lady Vols.  22.

She built a basketball dynasty from scratch.  She changed the nature of the game itself.  Everything around her got better because she lived with the belief that it could be/would be better.  And she was young.

Her family filled her with a drive, focus, passion and persistence that made her unstoppable.

Tell every young person you know that it’s never too soon to be great.  You can start changing the world at 22 or sooner.  Your life, well lived will make the world better for everyone.
