A Campbell County man is facing 17 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. 21-year-old James Cooper is accused of selling drugs to High School students. Police in Jacksboro raided his home Wednesday afternoon. They found marijuana and drug paraphernalia. During the investigation officers say they uncovered at least 17 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. He’s currently in the Campbell County Jail.
