Monroe County 14-year-old Girl Safely Found

A missing Monroe County teen has been safely found.  14-year-old Savannah Pruitt from Madisonville was found at a home in Wisconsin. Authorities made the announcement Thursday night.

Monroe County Sheriff Tommy Jones did not say where she was found in Wisconsin or how she got there. They say she was not staying with family.

Savannah disappeared January 13th, shortly after the family moved to Tennessee from Georgia. Thursday, authorities arrested Savannah’s adoptive father, Randall Pruitt, for rape.  Authorities say Savannah left the home because of a family situation.
