Endangered Bristol Teen Found Safe

A Bristol teen is safe. A man is now in custody. 17-year-old Grace Galliher left her home Tuesday.

Officials say she was with 52-year-old Richard Tester. Investigators say they were last seen at a hotel in Virginia.

The FBI tweeted this morning that Tester was arrested on a kidnapping warrant. Officials say they actually got a tip from a motorist who spotted the vehicle this morning.

She’s believed to be with Richard Tester. Police say Tester’s 5’9 wears glasses. Officials believe they’re traveling in a black Chevy Trail Blazer.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to contact police.
