Suspect in Violent Home Invasion

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help identifying the suspect in a violent home invasion last month. Investigators say a man broke into a home in North Knox County, assaulted the resident and stole her car.

The robbery happened May 29th around 2:30 p.m. on the 1500 block of Dry gap Pike. The resident’s car has since been recovered.

The suspect is described as a white male, between 5’8 and 5’10, approximately 190-200 pounds, brown hair, and had a large injury like a red mark on his left cheek. He was wearing a short sleeve gray shirt and brown shorts.
