The second brother accused of murdering a Bean Station man is in custody. 35-year-old Daniel Peters is accused of stabbing and killing Joshua Beasley over the weekend.
Police found Peters Tuesday at a relative’s house nearby the crime scene. Daniel and his brother Travis Peters have both been charged with First-Degree Murder.
A Grainger County man is on the run after Police say he was involved in a fatal stabbing. Officials say brothers Daniel and Travis Peters stabbed and killed 28-year-old Joshua Beasley in Bean Station.
Beasley was found stabbed at a home on Ned Clark Road Saturday. He was transported to a hospital where he later died.
Warrants were obtained charging Travis and Daniel Peters with one count of First Degree Murder. On Saturday afternoon, Travis Peters was arrested and booked into the Grainger County Jail on a $2 Million Bond.
Daniel Peters remains at large. Anyone with information with his whereabouts is asked to get in touch with police.
